At the same time, the Company recognizes opportunities to strengthen marketing ethics through the development and communication of products certified with the Healthier Choice Logo (HCL), supporting health-conscious consumers in making informed decisions based on complete information. Upholding ethical marketing principles and adopting a consumer-centric approach help build confidence among consumers, business partners, and regulators, while enhancing brand image and social responsibility.

Osotspa places importance on communicating product information to consumers in an accurate, transparent, and fair manner. From product labeling to advertising, all product information must be accurate and clear to help consumers make informed product choices and build confidence in products under Osotspa’s brands.

Osotspa has a strict product labeling control process and complies with applicable local laws, regulations, and international standards, including labeling requirements under the Food Act and international food standards such as Codex Alimentarius. The Company designs product labels to be clearly visible, easy to understand, and complete with necessary information, including nutritional information, ingredients, net content, storage instructions, directions for use, manufacturing date, expiry date or best-before date, details of the manufacturer, and relevant precautions.

Disclose accurate and precise information covering all of the Company’s products and services, in compliance with applicable local laws, regulations, and relevant international standards.
Communicate and conduct marketing activities in a creative and easy-to-understand manner, particularly for vulnerable groups such as children, youth, and people with limited access to education, to ensure that consumers have sufficient information and can make purchasing decisions for products and services that meet their needs.
Do not conduct marketing activities by distorting information or attacking other brands with false information.
Disclose both positive and negative environmental and social impacts arising from the Company’s business operations.

Principles for Product Label Disclosure

Osotspa places strong emphasis on product communication to ensure that consumers have access to complete and accurate information, enabling them to make informed and safe purchasing decisions. The Company has established internal procedures and standards for product information and labeling across all product categories, including energy drinks, health beverages, and dietary supplements.

To align with the disclosure requirements of GRI 417-1, the Company has clearly defined the categories of information that must be displayed on product labels, as follows:

  • Information on Raw Materials and Ingredients – The Company discloses information on key ingredients and components, including main raw materials that may affect product quality and consumer health, such as vitamins, minerals, sweeteners, or natural extracts.
  • Nutritional Information and Substances with Environmental or Social Impacts – The Company displays Nutrition Facts in accordance with applicable laws, including disclosure of substances that may affect the body, such as sugar, fat, sodium, caffeine, allergens, or certain additives that may generate carbon dioxide. The Company also displays the Carbon Footprint Product (CFP) label and the Healthier Choice beverage label to enable consumers to make informed and safe decisions based on complete information.
  • Instructions for Use and Safe Consumption – Product labels provide appropriate consumption instructions, such as the Thai Recommended Daily Intake (Thai RDI), warnings for children, pregnant women, or people with underlying health conditions, information for people with food allergies, and safety information in accordance with the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  • Post-Consumption Management and Environmental Impacts – The Company provides guidance on post-consumption packaging management, such as disposal or sorting for recycling, as well as recycling symbols and the Aluminum Loop Can symbol, to promote consumers’ environmental responsibility.
  • Other Product-Specific Information – The Company provides additional labels, including the Carbon Footprint Product (CFP) label and the Healthier Choice logo, to promote transparent consumer access to product health and sustainability information.
